Bronze National Road Champs 2007, Winning Cadence Junior Road Race, 11th Junior Paris Roubaix, 7th Junior Kuurne Brussels Kuurne.
Best moment on bike?
Winning first Junior National Series in 2009.
Person who has had the most influence on your cycling career and why?
Probably Graham Macnamee from Twickenham CC. He guided me through the youth ranks, but its a hard call as I have had a lot of support.
Rider you most revere/admire and why?
Frank Schleck, he has a similar riding style to me.
What was your first ever bike?
First road bike was given to me by a guy called Matt Olson in America. It was columbus Steel Scapin with Campag record!
Your most "impressive" injury?
Concussing myself in a crash at the European road champs and riding 90k without any memory of it! (I finished the race in 34th and 2nd Brit).
What is your favourite route?
Out around the Chilterns.
If you were not a pro-racer what would you be doing right now?
At Uni studying Aeronautical Engineering or maybe on a gap year.
What is your hidden talent?
I can play the trumpet.
What is your favourite food?
Moussaka.
Do you have a particular lucky ritual before a race or any other quirks or superstitions?
None really, I'm not a superstitious person.
Whats your aim for 2010 and beyond?
I would like to get a ride in either the Tour of Britain or Tour of Ireland at the end of the year.
What does being in Endura Racing mean to you?
Its ideal, its very comforting knowing that if I am capable I will get the chance to ride big pro races. That wouldn't be possible in most other teams as a first year senior.
