Best moment on bike?
Anytime when riding along in the baking sunshine, quiet roads, preferably in Italy.
Person who has had the most influence on your cycling career and why?
Julian Winn - he taught me that you get out what you put in. John Herety - he taught me professionalism.
Rider you most revere/admire and why?
Wiggins - turning himself from a track rider into a grand tour contender, impressive.
What was your first ever bike?
A 23 ½ inch frame, painted red with my Dad, and with down tube levers. No idea what the frame was but I loved it!
Your most "impressive" injury?
I’ve had nothing broken (touch wood), but I came down in that massive crash at the Girvan. Flying through the air and hitting the tarmac at 60kph can do some damage!

A ride back in Wales. Starting at my parents house in Cymau, over to Llangollen, Corwen, Bala, around the lake, then back.

Coffee
Whats your aim for this season and beyond?
To win more.

Endura Racing is a team going places, and fast, and to be part of that it very exciting.
