Dumfries Grand Prix

After Ian Wilkinson's win in Friday evening's Elite Circuit Series race in Dumfries town centre, spirits in the camp were high ahead of Sunday's fourth round of the British Cycling Premier Calendar series - the Dumfries Grand Prix.

Evan Oliphant and Callum Wilkinson both made it into the decisive move of the day, but Callum Wilkinson was forced back into the chasing bunch before falling victim to a nasty crash that left him with a nasty dose of road rash.

In the finale, Dean Downing (Rapha Condor Sharp) won the sprint from the escapees with Evan coming in 6th.
